I have had a good experience with Twitter so far. I already enjoyed using it for entertainment purposes, so I think it is an enjoyable tool to use for school as well. On Twitter, I have shared and seen my peers share articles, post about our class, share quotes, and much more. I think it is interesting to see the class engage in discussion through Twitter replies. I have learned that there is much more information available on Twitter than what I thought before; you just have to follow and engage with the right accounts. Twitter is a very quick and convenient way to see resources. Fortunately I have not experienced any issues with Twitter so far.

The Web Page Design assignment was slightly tricky for me when I first began. However, once I figured out how the tool worked, I realized it is actually a fairly simple site to use. Through this assignment, I was able to work on my formatting skills, such has coordinating colors and organizing information in a cohesive way. Next time I use this tool, it will already be significantly better than the first time using it, just because I won't have to waste time figuring out how it works. When I am a teacher, I will absolutely use this tool to create a class website and share information with students and parents. (egf16b.weebly.com)

Diigo is a very effective way to share articles and ideas with a community. Through this tool I learned how to annotate text on a website. In the articles I shared with the class, I was able to highlight what was important, add sticky notes, and make comments on specific sections. As a teacher, I think it would be useful to assign Diigo to students. This allows them to gain knowledge, interact with the class, and share new ideas and viewpoints. Diigo can be very useful individually as well, because it serves as a hub for all your resources.
